Investment banking and VC experience candidates are also encouraged to apply. </li><li> Extensive project management and leadership skills including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects</li><li> Experience with the design and execution of data analysis as well as leading with data-driven decision making</li><li> Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines</li><li> Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance driven, environment</li><li> Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges</li><li> Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including presentations or other mediums to communication complex ideas</li><li> Curiosity to learn and work in the start-up/tech world of LatAm</li><li> Exceptionally strong excel modeling knowledge. </li><li> SQL skills are a plus.
